Breakdown response, equipment and structural repairs, and scheduled maintenance programs.

Breakdown response

Contact us when a machine frame cracks, a chute splits, a guard is damaged, or a structure fails. We talk through the immediate safety step, then arrive with the tools and material to make a sound repair, and advise whether a patch will hold until shutdown or the part needs replacing.

Equipment repairs

We repair buckets, trays, chutes, hoppers, frames, mounts, brackets and worn plate. Cracked or fatigued sections are cut out, the material prepped, and new plate welded in with a joint designed to carry the load. The cause of the crack is removed, not just the crack itself.

Structural repairs

Where a beam, column or brace has been damaged or overloaded, we assess the damage, consult on whether it can be repaired or must be replaced, and carry out the work to a standard you can rely on. For safety-critical structural repairs we recommend involving your engineer, and we work to their instructions.

Scheduled maintenance

For businesses with recurring equipment — farms, workshops, factories, facilities — we run scheduled maintenance programs. We inspect, lubricate where relevant, weld up wear plates, tighten, and report what we find. Planned maintenance is far cheaper than emergency breakdowns, and it keeps your equipment running between shutdowns.

Maintenance programs

Programs are tailored to farms, workshops, factories and facilities with recurring equipment. Each visit covers inspection, lubrication where required, wear-plate replacement, tightening and a written report.

Repair or replace

Where a part is cheaper to replace than repair, we say so. Repairs are quoted and documented before work begins.
