Structural steel frames, beams, columns, trusses, bracing and mezzanines, fabricated and erected to engineered drawings.

What we supply

We fabricate and supply columns, universal beams, channels, purlins, girts, trusses, bracing, base plates, cleats, stair stringers and small mezzanine frames. We work in hot-rolled mild steel, galvanised sections and plate up to the sizes your engineer specifies. We plate-cut, drill, punch, cope and weld in our workshop, then deliver the members labelled and ready to erect.

Sections and plate

We work with universal beams (UB), universal columns (UC), parallel flange channels (PFC), equal and unequal angles, and square and rectangular hollow sections (SHS and RHS). Plate is supplied cut, drilled and welded to the thickness your engineer specifies, including base plates, cleats and gussets.

How we work

Every structural job starts with your engineered drawings. We read the GA drawings, the member schedules and the bolt schedules, and we run a fabrication check before we cut steel. If we spot an interference, a bolt that cannot be reached, or a member that is impossible to lift in one piece, we raise it early — not on the day of erection. We shop-drill to match-site tolerance, match-mark every piece, and supply a simple erection plan so your crew (or ours) can put it up without guesswork.

Erection and on-site fit-up

Steel can be supplied only, or supplied and erected. Crews plumb, brace and bolt frames, and field-weld site connections where specified. Lifting, access and work at height are planned before arriving on site.

Common applications

Why it matters

A frame that is 50 mm out on site stops the whole build. Members are fitted in the workshop where possible before the steel is sent out.
