Structural steel frames, beams, columns, trusses, bracing, mezzanines and small building structures, fabricated and erected to engineered drawings.
Hoppers, chutes, bins, pans, guards, covers, brackets, dishes, frames and one-off plate work, in single pieces or short production runs. Drawings can be refined where the design can be made cheaper or easier to fabricate.
Welding in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium, in the workshop and on site. MIG welding is used for speed and strength on mild and stainless; TIG welding for a clean, cosmetic or thin-section result.
Computer-controlled laser and plasma cutting with clean edges, sharp internal corners and tight dimensional accuracy. Laser suits thinner sheet and detailed parts; plasma handles heavier plate. Parts are cut directly from CAD files.
Aluminium and stainless 304 / 316 for commercial kitchens, food areas, architectural features, plant, mining and marine applications.
Delivery, fit-up and welding on site across south-east Queensland. Mobile crews install frames, fit guards, repair damaged steelwork and modify equipment.
Breakdown response, equipment and structural repairs, and scheduled maintenance programs. Repairs are documented and quoted before work begins.
